The profiles view has a number of problems:

1) There are no sorts. We should match the ones in loadMultipleByUser (is_default DESC, profile_id DESC)
2) There is no empty text ("There are no profiles yet." is the core default, let's use it here).
3) The user_view display is no longer used and should be removed.
4) The profile_type_listing display is awkwardly named, let's rename it to user_page.
