7.x only since it's phpCAS itself

In the status report page, "Please check periodically for security updates to phpCAS." links to the old documentation at https://apereo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CASC/overview

Apero has moved the wiki docs to: https://apereo.github.io/cas/6.0.x/integration/CAS-Clients.html

The correct version check would link directly to https://github.com/apereo/phpCAS/releases

Or providing a link to both would be great, one for the documentation, one for the latest release directly.
