We don't always use @see according to coding standards, which affects links in the generated API documentation. Also, sometimes we use "See" instead of "@see" which isn't parsed by the API module at all so it doesn't add any value.
This patch cleans up the usages of @see and fixes a couple of typos in documentation comments.
