Profile defines the wrong bundle label, "Profile" instead of "Profile type".
It then provides a ProfileSelection plugin whose only job is to override the target_bundles label, wrong because the bundle label is wrong.

So, we want to fix the bundle label, and deprecate the ProfileSelection plugin.

Just noticed we're missing other labels too (label_singular, label_collection, etc).
