I'm not sure if this is a single case or more widespread -- I could not find other instances -- but I noticed a user profile that displayed duplicate issue credits: https://www.drupal.org/u/beckydev && https://www.drupal.org/u/beckydev/issue-credits.
(This may be related to #3048640: Old username displayed in user account's issue credits navigation, which is from the same day.)

drummYes, this is related to #3048640: Old username displayed in user account's issue credits navigation. Before that issue, the View displays were showing the comment author property to get the username for the “Back to …’s profile” navigation. The comment author property doesn’t change when a username changes. This commit completely removes the field, which was doubling up Views aggregation/etc.
