Issue #3006534: Allow output to be filtered text erroneously committed help_example.info with packaged release information, which should not happen on repository code.

This causes update module to erroneously require upgrading to 1.5 even though the package is already at 1.5.

I haven't experienced any nagging from the update module on my site.

But if some people has this problem, should I also create a new release 7.x-1.6 with a clean help_example.info.

To notice it you need to have enabled the check for disabled modules, which is off by default.
