Set default value for variant dropdown to default variant [#3024818]

When you configure the Default sitemap variant on (/admin/config/search/simplesitemap#edit-advanced) it might be nice to see the variant you select here be the default selected option for the "Sitemap variant" field when configuring entities to be indexed (/admin/structure/types/manage/).

Now if only one variant is available, it is will be pre-set in form. If more are available and the default variant is set, the default will be pre-set in the form.
