In the advanced area of the applenews settings there is an option to enable debugging and 'Log all interaction with the Apple News API'

This form option is not saved anywhere from what I can tell there are nothing checking for this setting to insert extra logs.

Lets just remove this. Likely an artifact from the D7 port. We can always add it back later with full support if need be.
