Problem/Motivation

#2968139: Layout Builder field blocks show up on Block UI when they shouldn't and #3014949: Deprecate 'context' on Block and Condition plugin annotations in favor of 'context_definitions' were both committed today, and one uses code that was deprecated by the other.
