Usage of PHP's create_function() function has been deprecated as of PHP 7.2. This is used in print_pdf/lib_handlers/print_pdf_tcpdf/print_pdf_tcpdf.pages.inc and replaced with anonymous function.

Tested this patch tonight, and it resolved PHP errors. Any chance of getting this into the next stable release? Will there ever be another stable release?
