Select2 not available for address select boxes

Problem/Motivation

Currently individual select fields can be replaced with select2 if installed, however this is not possible for select fields generated by an Address field type. This also creates some visual inconsistency on the form, where some select fields are select2 and others are not.

Proposed resolution

Add an extra option for select fields within addresses to use select2.
