Problem/Motivation

This module calls drupal_set_message in simple_sitemap_install().
If simple_sitemap is installed during the site-install process, e.g it's part of a profile, then the message is not useful and will be shown in one of the config forms of the installation process.

Proposed resolution

Don't display message during site-install.

Happy to implement this for 3.x which is close to being released. 2.x will only see breaking bug fixes in the future. There is an upgrade path however, so I would like to see Thunder on 3.1 as soon as it is released.
