There is a typo in one of the recipes within the default content. The typo is in the category information of the recipes and are visible when using facets in the search. (attachment)

Ideal as a first patch! Great work @gibsonneke! I reviewed this with git diff --color-words and the only changes were the 2 words mentioned in the IS.

This was noticed by @Nick_vh while we were creating our d8 search demo.

Good catch on desert -> dessert on the Victoria Sponge Cake Recipe.

However, the chili sauce is definitely not a starter! I see no reason to change this from accompaniment.
