Thanks for the patch! This looks like a good start.
Each plugin needs a unit test (see the tests/src/Unit/Plugin/Tamper folder for examples).
This will allow us to validate the plugin is working. I'll take a closer look at the code once we have a passing test - please let me know if you are willing and able to add one.
