Nice catch! I also think that the sentence is confusing, shouldn't it be?
Migrate destination plugins <strong>and</strong> perform the import operation of the migration.

@nkoporec, I don't think that is correct. "Migrate destination plugins" is the subject of the phrase, not the verb.
