Problem/Motivation
Logged in user (that has no access to Toolbar) can't at the moment access his/hers user/x/edit page through site navigation.
Proposed resolutions
1. Add "Edit account"" navigation link to User account menu that is exposed only to logged in users
or
2. Change "My account" menu link to go straight to the edit page. Thinking behind this is that there is really no point in going to /user/x page as there is nothing to see.
