$out has been declared in lib/backup_migrate_core/src/Destination/DebugDestination.php line 26 and lib/backup_migrate_core/src/Source/MySQLiSource.php line 48 but is not being used anywhere, my guess is that they were declared to store output, but output has been printed directly.
Adding a patch to remove their usage.
