Learn about the many benefits of Drupal 10 and find migration tools in our resource center.#2938895: Make EntityConverter load the latest translation-affecting revision for translated entities redefined the 'load_latest_revision' route flag to be language aware (i.e., it now results in the latest translation-affecting revision being loaded) in order to better support workflows where multiple translations are drafted in parallel.
This enabled changing the Content Translation routes from acting on the default revision of an entity to the latest revision (i.e., it added the 'load_latest_revision' route flag to those routes).
However, just because that issue enabled such a behavior change to Content Translation routes does not necessarily mean that that change is desired. And in any case, that change was out of scope for that issue's title. So, this issue proposes to revert that behavior change until we reach more consensus on whether to do it.
