Problem/Motivation

If the primary nav is not set to megamenu, but has 3 levels of hierarchy which are set to "show as expanded", then in the dropdown the 3rd level displays instead of the 2nd level, along with some unexpected bullets. The markup is getting confused here.

Proposed resolution

Prevent this from happening - show the 2nd level only.
