Problem/Motivation

The active menu item should be getting the "usa-current" class, but it's apparently not. I've noticed this in the sidebar and primary navigations, but haven't tested others.

I believe I meant to say "primary and secondary" above, because now when I'm checking active menu items, the sidebar does fine.
