When exposing a paragraph field as a block in a multilanguage site. It will always display the default language instead of the translated one. I'm not sure if paragraphs or fieldblock should fix this problem, but I've created a patch that fixes the issue for this module. #2753201: Cannot render paragraphs in a specific language mentions the same problem.
