The info.yml for this project contains a dependency on a dev version. It's not clear why the dependency would be fixed on 1.x-dev, as there's no 2.x version. Just FYI, this dependency on 1.x-dev broke all composer-based installs of projects that require this module. See #2837772: drupal/facets is broken

I've also fixed a couple other problems with the .info.yml files.
