Allow core/contrib loggers to be used as handlers

Hey, thanks for your work on this module! Awesome as monolog is, I'd love to be able to use dblog sometimes. I can also see a use case where you'd want to be able to use other contrib loggers that might expect Drupal's log context (request_uri, ip, etc passed in directly as context). This currently isn't possible, but it could be pretty easily.
