Discussed this with the other core committers yesterday. I have been a provisional committer for just over 6 months and I'm happy to become non-provisional. We've figured out some parts of how provisional committers work in that time period and it's been a great way to ease into the role.

Since the full committers all have various hat(s) we landed on (Frontend) Framework Manager for me.
