Support for Drupal 7 is ending on 5 January 2025—it’s time to migrate to Drupal 10! Learn about the many benefits of Drupal 10 and find migration tools in our resource center.Wim has done some great work in the issue queue to provide feedback on REST module patches and he knows this subsystem well by now. Since he is already doing unofficial maintenance work let's make it explicit and add him to MAINTAINERS.txt. He is also going to work in this area in the future.
I think this is a Wim-Wim situation for Drupal, so let's add him. Thanks Wim!

neclimdulDon't know that this is a democratic process but Wim's done some awesome work improving REST and related routing/serialization issues recently. He deserves both the recognition and influence to push it forward afforded by being a maintainer.
