Reviewed changelogs from all versions in between, nothing of note to change on our side. The minor version bumb was for svg fixes and some ES6 support https://blog.jquery.com/2016/01/08/jquery-2-2-and-1-12-released/

Clicked around the field_ui, toolbar, and views_ui, things work fine.
