Follow-up to #2581321: UI Facetapi overview 8.x

When creating / editing a facet, processors should be able to be added / created. We need some kind of UI to do this.

Previous commit fixes hiding of the text near the emtpy behavior, thanks @Shven, @nickdaelemans.
