When a view has exactly as many entries as its 'entries per page' setting, the full pager will claim there are 2 pages when there is only one.

Might be the same with mini pager, have not tested it.

As near as I can tell, the actual problem was that the last page was getting dropped; there actually are more results but it wasn't visible. This is now fixed in CVS.
