Problem: Adding new action doesn't work:

This might have something to do with my other issue.

jvandyk CreditAttribution: jvandyk commentedThe Actions link should not show up if you do not have the actions module enabled. There was an edge case in which the link showed up anyway, and you hit it! This will be fixed in 5-x-2.3.
