Problem/Motivation

The UI text on the Recent log messages page is rather long and conveluted and contains some general information that rather belongs on the Help page.

Proposed resolution

Update the UI text on the Recent log messages page of the Database Logging module, so that it's consistent with the hook_help text without duplicating it.

Thanks for the propesed text and patch.
The text now concentrates on two issues: that the events are logged in the databbase (which is not evident from the page name), and it informs users that they can actually start debugging any problems from here.
The text can probably be shortened even further, but it's fine as it is.
