When choosing "BEF with layout" and the option "Combine sort order with sort by" the sorting doesn't render.

BEF created a form element $fom['sort_bef_combine'] and unsets $form['sort_by'] and $form['sort_order'] and VEFL works with the unset variables. That is why it doesn't render.
