Drush has removed all its Migrate code, and expects this project to support for what has been removed (see https://github.com/drush-ops/drush/commit/98809b05fd31ae93bfd12e9f604344...). This patch adds back the DrushLogMigrateMessage class, which seems to be the only thing explicitly required by migrate_plus to function.
