The version in core is 3.0.1 and the only changes seem to be the following:

-=== 3.0.2 (October 4, 2014)

-* Only alter `background-color` of links in IE 10.
-* Add `menu` element to HTML5 display definitions.

I reviewed a diff of 3.0.1 and 3.0.2 and this should be OK to go in.
