In order to support a workflow which uses composer as dependency managment tool for drupal projects (blog post will come on the planet in some time)
modules need composer.json files in order to be pulled in properly.

Added a by bunch of metadata and pushed. We can fetch Kint via Composer once the Composer workflow becomes clearer.

The patch cannot be applied a second time, of course. The fact that the testbot was triggered is a d.o bug:
#2331063: Don't run tests on patches in Fixed/Closed issues
