Follow-up to #2034879: [Meta] Fix documentation that refers to enabling/disabling of modules

8 occurrences of the word "enabl". Not all instances will need to be changed to "install".
4 occurrences of the word "disabl". However, I don't think these instances need to be changed. I would want someone to double check.

Verified that none of the occurrences of "disabl" needed to be changed and "enabl" only needed to be replaced three times in the book tests.
