- took out almost all bg-images that were borrowed from Garland
- hopefully improved the looks of the active drawer.
- added some comments to the css and did some reorganisation within the file.

I checked this with Garland, Bluemarine, Chameleon and Zen as administration themes and I think this works nicely across all of them.
