Problem/Motivation
After installing the Aggregator module (clear cache or not) the appropriate menu items do not appear on the Configuration page for configuring Aggregator. (See screenshot)
Proposed Solution
Add links/appropriate callbacks to the Aggregator module so it gets picked up when the Configuration page is generated.

A new link item needs to be on the admin/config page under the Web Services box that leads to admin/config/services/aggregator.
