Add alignment option to grid & thumbnail styles. [#2114137]

Hi,

By default, the grid has a vertical orientation but I feel more often than not a horizontal orientation is preferred. This is easily modified by copying the views-bootstrap-grid-plugin-style.tpl.php to your theme folder and adding the bootstrap 3 horizontal class of .col-md-* however, I thought it might be better to work that way by default. I've been using the views_responsive_grid module which provides a generic display plugin for any grid system. It takes a horizontal orientation approach and is very flexible because of how open-ended it makes each grid that you build.
