Rerolled to include a comment that the title case variable names are required so this doesn't happen again.

Gábor HojtsyWell, I tried to look up "title case", and most I got was contradictory information. Wikipedia says it can mean various number of things depending on style. So I made that part much more to the ground. Also noticed that this function had a comment about it being a PHP status page, which was a copy-paste error. Committed this.
