ChangeLog Documentation about Drag and Drop

In CHANGELOG.txt, there's mention about the drag and drop in the blocks administration ("Drag and drop of table rows in the blocks administration page."). In reality, however, drag and drop is now all over the place. It exists in the menu system, in the taxonomy, in the Profile administration, etc.

Therefore, do you think we should change "Drag and drop of table rows in the blocks administration page." to "Drag and drop of table rows in many of the administration pages"?
