The entire site setup should have a unified continue type button label, possibly "Next" instead of having "save" for some, "save settings" for others, and I think there was another one as well. It's confusing.

AriX: labelling the buttons 'Next' would give the impression that you can actually go back (where is the previous button). But you should not go back (even if you can hack in the URL technically). So 'Save and continue' seems like a good compromise to me. Committed this one.
