Withdrawing my patch; I added the sites/all part reflexively, forgetting that this has changed in Drupal 8. Sender's patch does a good job of clarifying where things should be installed.

sender's patch needs to be rewrapped so that the lines do not exceed 80 characters. Otherwise, it looks good, thanks!

I also agree that the original patch is more correct than the patch in #1.
