#1870944: [Meta] Mobile friendly admin pages

Problem/Motivation

Media - Image Style Edit pages:

  1. Preview of the default image and the defined image style are displayed adjacent to each other. These images overlaps on NARROW Screens
  2. There is no spacing between the select effect drop down and the add button on NARROW Screens

Here's a patch for the image style preview on narrow viewport, when it begins to break at 470px (precisely 469px). Screenshot included.

How about a separate issue for space under the select, as that is a completely different issue?

Tested in Windows browsers Firefox 18.0.1, Google Chrome 24.0.1312.52 m, Opera 12.11 and
Mobile Browsers Android 4.0, IOS6.

Now the 2nd image breaks into new line, when the screen size below 470px.
