Support for Drupal 7 is ending on 5 January 2025—it’s time to migrate to Drupal 10! Learn about the many benefits of Drupal 10 and find migration tools in our resource center.
As a consequence of #1551626: Convert cron.php into a regular menu router page callback, the cron URL on the status report page is no longer an absolute URL. It should be, since it's being printed to the page for people to use e.g. in an external script.
I noticed this while working on another issue, and you can see this in the screenshots I took for that issue. Compare the "cron maintenance tasks" section of http://drupal.org/files/status-report-d7.png (Drupal 7) and http://drupal.org/files/status-report-d8.png (Drupal 8).
