Block delete link missing [#17216]

The block delete link seems to be missing, patch adds the link back in.

It seems the block 'edit' link is missing too. Although I can't even find the 'edit' page ( admin/block/edit/block/1, admin/system/block/edit/1, admin/block/edit/1 ??!)

I guess this should be a seperate bug.

sorry, my mistake. The earlier version of cvs that I was using didn't have the 'block body' field on the configure page. Seems it is fixed in current versions.
