drupal_get_form() accepts an arbitrary number of parameters. Any after the initial form_id are simply passed onto its sub-functions, ad eventually to the unique constructor function for the form. Right now, the inline PHPDoc is vague about this. The attached patch adds a bit more text to clarify this.
