forums.tpl.php should not have @see to theme_forums [#1700464]

There is an @see to theme_forums() in forums.tpl.php. This function does not exist, so it should be removed.

The patch looks good to me! When uploading a patch, you need to set the issue status to "needs review", to alert both humans and test-bots that there is a patch to look at. (In this case, I'm going directly to "reviewed and tested" though, and I'll get it committed soon.)

No problem, this was my first time doing a patch so it was a learning experience and this was an easy enough issue for me to learn with. The pleasures all mine.
