Notices from hosting_package.module

When creating a platform I get lots of the following:

Undefined index: old_short_name hosting_package.module:394.
Undefined index: old_short_name hosting_package.module:381
Undefined property: stdClass::$nid hosting_package.module:387

Fixed in 6.x-1.x and 6.x-2.x.

Note that there is more like this: #1275108: Undefined property: stdClass:: notices on Hostmaster install

I tested it just a few minutes ago with head including your above patches.
