I have recieved this error: Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in panels_breadcrumbs_ctools_render_alter() (line 159 of sites/all/modules/panels_breadcrumbs/panels_breadcrumbs.module).

My breadcrumbs are as follows:

%node:taxonomy-forum
%node:taxonomy-forum

Have you defined any paths? If not, try setting paths like this:

<none>
<none>
<none>

If you do have paths set, please tell me what paths are these and also set:

<none>
<none>
<none>

And tell me if it still happens.

Paths and titles are the same as listed above except the last path is < none >

Yes, it seems when using the same value in a list like that is where the issue comes from, if you use different values than all is fine.

I finally got enough time to look into this issue and the fix was fairly simple. This has now been fixed in 7.x-1.5 :-)
