We have edit links as a separate feature; if anything, I'd prefer to see a patch that would let the title be applied to the option there, rather than here.

HJulien CreditAttribution: HJulien commentedI have a use for clicking on a title and having it open up the node in edit mode. Is such a patch available now? I want to use this in a view that is a list of nodes where the field has taxonomy terms.
I now have the list of terms in a block (using link this field to its node) and I could add an edit link beside each one but that is not very elegant or user-friendly.
Linking the field to its node opens up the node display page and I haven't found a way to add an edit link to that page so I thought this option is an alternative.
Your help in any direction is appreciated!
